Albion Search are currently partnering with a national, highly regarded fit out contractor to appoint a Site Manager. This contractor work with some well known clients, on both refurbishment and new fit out projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with a mix of retail stores and chain supermarkets, and be willing to work on a national basis.
Roles & Responsibilities
- H&S
- Managing programmes
- RAMS
- Managing trades & sub-contractors
- Project/Contracts Manager updates
- Client liaison
- Inductions
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card. The salary is dependant on experience, but comes with a car allowance. When working away, hotels are also covered.
