Albion Search are currently working with a national main contractor to appoint a Site/Package Manager, to oversee the internals and finishing on a high rise multi room scheme in the centre of Leeds.

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing and managing finishing stages of multi room projects, have a good eye for detail and be able to ensure units/floors are completed on time and on programme.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • H&S
  • Managing trades & sub-contractors
  • Ensuring a good quality finish
  • Overseeing the internals package
  • Project Manager updates
  • Compiling snag reports using relevant software
  • Attending weekly progress meetings

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card. Along with the above relevant experience on high rise multi room projects.
