Ensure Production (teams, systems, and methods) understands and delivers all short, mid, and long-term business requirements for EHS, Customer, and Cost.
To build a capable and engaged team with development and succession plans that meet today's + 8-week business needs. Deliver all functional QEHS, Customer & Cost KPIs in line with business needs *exceeding prior yr. Performance. Create & deliver rolling 8-week strategy & execution plans for functional areas (aligned to business & investment strategies)
