Do you love all things marketing and sales? Are you a creative, self-motivated, and super-organised person who can drive engagement, create killer content, and help us generate leads? If yes, then this is the role for you! You’ll be our FIRST dedicated Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator! That means you’ll have the freedom to shape this role, bring new ideas to the table, and truly make it your own.
Of course, you won’t be doing it alone—our friendly and experienced team will be there to support you every step of the way. You’ll have all the tools, guidance, and resources you need to succeed and grow with us as we scale!
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Must-Haves:
- Marketing & Sales experience - B2B – 2 YEARS MINIMUM
- A passion for social media, content creation, and lead generation
- Confidence on the phone & Zoom/Teams Calls
- Strong writing skills –
- Organisational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office & Canva
- A proactive attitude
THE PACKAGE & PERKS
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience (plus performance-based bonus scheme)
- Full-time role (Monday – Friday)

THE ROLE
Sales & Client Engagement
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients and handle inbound inquiries
- Make sales calls, book discovery meetings, and follow up with leads.
- Attend networking events to build relationships and get our company in front of the right people.
- Work on and plan our client prospect journey with guidance.
- Develop connections with manufacturing alliances & industry groups to generate leads.
- Work closely with the Director to refine and drive our sales strategy.
Marketing & Content Creation
- Own and manage our LinkedIn & social media presence—posting content, engaging with the community
- Help develop, create (with specialist, outside assistance) and maintain our new website.
- Create engaging marketing materials
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that generate leads and build relationships.
- Help maintain our existing Google Business profile to ensure potential clients can find us and boost our SEO.
- Put together a monthly newsletter to keep our clients engaged and showcase our success stories.
- Assist with our marketing roadmap & strategy – we want your creative input to help us put the plans in place!
- Liaise with our marketing creation 3rd parties – graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Contribute to strategy with our outside ‘Marketing Advisor’.
CRM & Database Management
- Harness and utilise all elements of our CRM system – you will become our CRM expert and work with IT support to manage our brand-new CRM system.
- Set up automated marketing messages & content through our CRM system.
- Keep the sales pipeline updated so we always know where each lead stands.
- Maintain email marketing database and segment our audience for targeted campaigns.
- Develop client case studies & testimonials that show off our impact.
