A leading digital marketing agency, based in Leeds City Centre, is seeking a Digital Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing clients, driving data strategy, supporting conversion rate optimisation campaigns, and providing detailed analysis to fuel data-driven decisions for client success. This agency works alongside B2C e-commerce clients mainly, including some familiar names!

Sitting within the Data Science team, you will collaborate internally to ensure data integrity, execution of A/B and multivariate testing, and successfully delivering insights that will directly impact the performance and growth of clients.

This is a hybrid role whereby you'll be based in the office, or going out on client-meets, for 2 days a week.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Researching, planning, and executing A/B and multivariate testing campaigns
  • Conducting in-depth analysis using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and R
  • Configuring GA4 event tracking and managing conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager
  • Delivering clear and actionable insights to clients, with strategic recommendations for performance improvements.

About You:

  • Solid experience with GA4
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Experience using Looker Studio and Power BI (or similar platforms)
  • A degree in a related field (preferably in Mathematics, Sciences, Research, Statistics, Advertising, Marketing, or similar)

Where You'll Be Based:

This Digital Analyst role will require you to commute to the Leeds based office 2 days per week. Due to the prime location, the office is accessible via public transport and car, from West Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
