A performance marketing agency is looking for a Digital Analyst to support data-driven insights across SEO, PPC, Social, PR, and Content. This is an opportunity to work with high-profile brands, delivering strategic recommendations that shape marketing performance.
THE COMPANYA leading performance marketing agency with over 250 employees, this business works with household names across retail, finance, and eCommerce. They specialise in SEO, PPC, Social, PR, Content, and Measurement & Experimentation. Due to new business wins, they are expanding their analytics function and hiring a Digital Analyst to help provide actionable insights for clients.
THE ROLEAs a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing digital performance, measuring campaign success, and delivering data-driven recommendations. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure data insights translate into business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and report on digital marketing performance across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, Social, PR, Content).
- Work with GA4 or Adobe Analytics to track and measure website and campaign performance.
- Use SQL and BigQuery to extract, clean, and manipulate data for analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients to optimise performance.
- Gain exposure to Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Python for more advanced tracking and analytics.
- Collaborate with marketing and data teams to enhance data storytelling and decision-making.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and eager to develop technical skills in digital analytics.
Essential:
- Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, actionable way.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and implementation tracking.
- Exposure to Python for data analysis and automation.
- Previous experience in an agency setting or working across multiple clients.
- Up to £36,000 salary
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in Leeds
