Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Location: Leeds, LS15

Salary: Up to 35k per annum doe

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing of Amazon orders and invoices.
  • Review and collation of monthly chargeback data and collaborating with specialist 3rd parties.
  • Resolution of Amazon supply issues with timely escalation as required.
  • Support wider team on shipping, orders & invoicing if needed.
  • Development of Customer Supply Chain relationships including Weekly meetings with Amazon.
  • Collaboration with 3PL providers Boughey and the Amazon planning team.
  • Operational lead for Amazon with overall focus on Amazon customer service.

About you:

Key skills & experience:

  • Supply Chain knowledge in similar Manufacturing and Supply planning process with a proven specialism in Ecom and specifically Amazon.
  • Strong IT Capabilities across core MS Office and ERP systems like Sage, SAP or other.
  • Communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders with focus on Customer Collaboration.
  • Data input and processing of Customer orders and Invoicing, ability to accurately process and amend data.
