Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Specialist
Location: Leeds, LS15
Salary: Up to 35k per annum doe
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of Amazon orders and invoices.
- Review and collation of monthly chargeback data and collaborating with specialist 3rd parties.
- Resolution of Amazon supply issues with timely escalation as required.
- Support wider team on shipping, orders & invoicing if needed.
- Development of Customer Supply Chain relationships including Weekly meetings with Amazon.
- Collaboration with 3PL providers Boughey and the Amazon planning team.
- Operational lead for Amazon with overall focus on Amazon customer service.
About you:
Key skills & experience:
- Supply Chain knowledge in similar Manufacturing and Supply planning process with a proven specialism in Ecom and specifically Amazon.
- Strong IT Capabilities across core MS Office and ERP systems like Sage, SAP or other.
- Communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders with focus on Customer Collaboration.
- Data input and processing of Customer orders and Invoicing, ability to accurately process and amend data.
