Our client is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Executivewho will be responsible for the creation and distribution of their email marketing strategy. This is a pivotal role which will influence prospects and existing customers through our client’s nurture channels which include email (Pardot) and chatbot (Intercom). Our ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of email marketing and will know how to utilise workflows to engage with target 'user personas’ throughout the lifecycle of their journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute email nurture campaigns outlining key pain points faced by our client’s prospects and further highlighting the benefits/added value of our client’s product offering.
  • Utilise Salesforce to segment audiences and design targeted email workflows based on user personas across a variety of sectors.
  • Develop and maintain customer onboarding email sequences to drive ongoing product adoption.
  • Build automated renewal and upsell campaigns to promote premium product features and new product launches.
  • Analyse and report on performance metrics to optimise journeys, improve engagement/ROI and inform future marketing strategy.
  • Map and optimise customer journeys across multiple touchpoints including web, email and chatbot, ensuring chatbot flows qualify leads and provide relevant information.
  • Creating personalised nurture paths based on customer segments and behaviour.
  • Repurposing existing content (including case studies and success stories) to amplify across email campaigns.

Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ demonstrable success in a B2B email marketing role (internal or agency).
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of how marketing can impact business growth.
  • An understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools (e.g. Semrush).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot & Intercom.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset, able to measure, analyse and report on performance.
  • An understanding of AI tools, able to leverage them effectively whilst maintaining quality.
  • Experience of website management within a CMS.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and meet set deadlines.
  • Experience in a SaaS, subscription-based environment, or technology would be desirable.
  • Permanent and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK, residing within a commutable distance to Leeds. Please note that our client cannot offer visa sponsorship.
