Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Communications Assistant to support the Directors. The role involves managing marketing activities across multiple platforms, coordinating events, and assisting with business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Studies: Develop and write compelling case studies showcasing completed projects.
  • Social Media & Website Updates: Regularly update and manage content on social media channels and the company website to ensure it reflects our brand and projects.
  • Submission Documents: Assist in creating high-quality submission documents for tenders and proposals.
  • Event Management: Organize and coordinate company events, both internal and external.
  • Opportunity Searching: Proactively seek out new business opportunities to support the sales and marketing strategy.
  • Salesforce/CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring all data is up-to-date and supporting business development processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience or understanding of Salesforce/CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
