  • Day-to-day management of the podcast
  • Converting guests into clients
  • Taking ownership of workflows and continuously improving them
  • Generating relevant guests (from our network, prospects, clients, and candidates)

  • Managing the search take-on process
  • Creating proposals and executing agreements/purchase validation
  • Keeping search updates on track
  • Providing aftercare and collecting case studies
  • Ensuring an outstanding client experience at every stage
?? Candidate Workflow
  • Ensuring a top-notch candidate experience
  • Creating search descriptions and talent engagement packs
  • Conducting initial outreach and post-interview experience follow-ups
  • Gathering Google reviews and updating application statuses
  • Managing aftercare to ensure a smooth journey
?? Engagement & Performance Tracking
  • Supporting the implementation of marketing strategies and tracking performance
  • Helping find ways to streamline and automate marketing tasks
  • Collaborating with the team to improve processes and the overall marketing function
