Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to develop your skills in the exciting world of B2B marketing? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Paid Performance Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow while managing and optimising PPC campaigns that make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Help Create and Manage PPC Campaigns: Assist in the creation and management of PPC campaigns to meet client goals and targets in the B2B space.
  • Support Ad Copy Creation: Get hands-on experience in crafting and testing ad copy, optimising and personalising ads to deliver the best performance.
  • Learn Across Different Platforms: Gain experience working with various campaign formats like PPC, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and possibly app ads.
  • Understand Your Clients' Audience: Dive into learning about your clients' audiences and how they interact with their business-help drive insights and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Be an active participant in team meetings, provide updates, and ensure you represent the PPC team with pride.
  • Deliver Quality Campaigns: Work on improving campaign quality and performance by following PPC best practices and utilising innovative tools.
  • Monitor and Manage Budgets: Assist in managing daily budgets using AI-powered tools and optimise bids in line with client goals.
  • Help with Tracking and Reporting: Support the implementation of tracking systems and assist with client reporting on campaign performance.
  • Contribute to Campaign Testing: Be a part of the brainstorming process for new test ideas to improve performance and bring fresh perspectives.
  • Learn Client Reporting: Over time, support in creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and get exposure to client calls and meetings.
  • Stay on Top of Industry Trends: Keep yourself updated on the latest changes in paid media and B2B marketing to stay relevant and knowledgeable.
  • Build Relationships: Grow and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring they're always informed and supported.
