Technical Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a skilled marketer with experience in creating strategic marketing plans and campaigns, creating engaging and innovative copy, managing diverse projects, an eye for analytics, and a strong command of cutting-edge marketing tools and technologies. This role offers the chance to lead with creativity, organization, and customer focus while being part of an international, collaborative team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and Implementing Marketing Campaigns: Shape and execute comprehensive plans to boost our presence in the UK and Ireland.
  • Creating Marketing Materials and Training: Develop innovative materials aligned with corporate design for various channels, including social media.
  • Comprehensive Campaign Execution: Oversee newsletters, online platforms, and social networks from brainstorming to rollout.
  • Website Management: Lead content updates and administration.
  • Collaboration with Global Teams: Work closely with international marketing professionals to achieve shared goals.
  • Brand Strategy: Manage local marketing to strengthen the company's brand within the UK and Ireland.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree or training in marketing or communications is desirable.
  • Several years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience of developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Experience in an industrial, electrical, or technical setting is desirable or a keen interest in working in a more technical sector
  • Expertise in managing content management systems, social media, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong copy writing experience including putting together magazine articles, newsletters, and product launch collateral ideally for technical products and services
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and PPC campaign management is a bonus.

Package:Salary: £35,000Location: Leeds - Office based with opportunity for hybrid working after 6 months (2 days a week from home)Excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, free parking, contributions for private health, pension, life assurance, early finish on a Friday.
