Field Service Engineer

Heating & Refrigeration background - Ideally Industrial

Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our clients dynamic team.


If you have experience in Heating and Refrigeration along with cooling, heating, and sustainable solutions and worked in industries including food, beverage, dairy, and oil & gas.

Our client is providing their customers with reliable, efficient, and environmentally friendly equipment and need experienced service engineers with the right attitude and capability to deliver.


As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients onsite customers operations run smoothly.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine service and maintenance tasks
  • Installing and servicing spare parts
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and providing detailed reports
  • Conducting equipment testing and commissioning
  • Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
  • Building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities


Requirements


  • Strong understanding of Industrial and Commercial Heating & Refrigeration
  • A high standard of technical expertise in various types of machinery.
  • Natural solutions provider.
  • Product/systems knowledge
  • knowledge of industry developments
  • Ability to build long term relationships
  • Mechanical / Electrical engineering background
  • Previous experience in servicing / maintaining machinery.
  • City & Guilds 2079 qualification essential
  • Preferred City & Guilds 2078 (Ammonia)
