Responsibilities
- Carry out service and maintenance on HVAC assets including but not limited to air handling units
- Complete the PPM schedule within agreed timescales
- Take part in other minor facilities duties (For example, hanging whiteboards, consulting on fitouts etc)
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedure
- To ensure all tools and equipment necessary to complete maintenance and repairs are always available and serviceable.
- To attend training courses as and where necessary and to ensure personal job skills keep pace with technical developments
- To comply with the company Health and Safety Policy always
- Ensure laid-down standards of quality are always maintained
- To comply with any reasonable request or instruction from the line Manager and Senior Technician
- To ensure all systems are working to optimum efficiency
- To work to comply with company KPIs
- To maintain and Update the Asset database.
- To advise and co-ordinate Sub-Contractor's on site
Ideal Candidate
- HVAC or Air Conditioning Level 3 City and Guilds or equivalent
- F-gas
- 18th edition (Desirable)
- Experience of heating ventilation and gas systems within a facilities environment
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
