- A reputable Leeds based D&B M&E contractor (T/O c10m) with a long trading history, who provide Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Design, and Installation Service to the Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Private and Public sectors.
- Clients worked with include Rolls Royce, Ministry of Defence, HSBC, Dupont, Carlsberg and many other blue-chip companies as well as the public sector.
- Typical projects range in value between 550kand 4m (M&E value).
The Role:
- Strongly focussed design involvement including schedules, site visits and surveys.
- Carrying out pipe sizing, heat loss & coolingand plant sizing calculations.
- Producing working drawings and schematics
- Liaising with Specialist subcontractors to ensure integration of their design
- Reporting to and continuous liaison with the Design Manager
- Ensuring all deadlines are met to the highest standard
The Person
- A minimum of 2-3 years consultancy or contractor mechanical design experience within the Building Services industry, or we would also consider a more junior person to work alongsidethesenior mechanical design engineer
- Experience usinghevacomp,and / orTrimble
- Applicants must hold a driving licence
The Role:
- Salary from 35,000 to 55,000 depending on experience (We are open to either a junior or seniorengineer)
- Car or car allowance
- Up to 25 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays
- Company pension 3%/5%
