About You:
- Qualified Design Engineer, chartered status or working towards it.
- Experience in post-occupancy engineering services.
- Mechanical design and hands-on site knowledge.
- Property expertise.
- Experience with refurbishment and fit-out projects.
- Ability to write technical reports (feasibility, issue investigation, condition surveys).
- Commercial and project management awareness.
- Building Services experience.
- Willingness to handle design, specification, and site monitoring.
What you will be doing:
You will manage a diverse portfolio of frameworks and projects. You will lead and deliver small projects valued up to a few million pounds, providing technical support to end users, landlords, management agents and project managers.

- Maintenance and Operational

What you can expect in return:
The salary range for this position is 44,000 - 63,500 plus a travelling allowance of 4560. On top of this is a range of benefits that include pension, private healthcare, life assurance and more. As well as a real chance of progression within the organisation.
