The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical building services for a variety of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the continued success of the consultancy.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the mechanical design and engineering of Building Services projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and sustainable design solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • UK-based experience
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical building services engineering.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
