The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Vacuum Engineerwill ideally have a mechanical service background in mechanical engineering products such as pumps, vacuum pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, valves, pipework, filtration, plant machinery and or similar mechanical engineering equipment.

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Vacuum Engineer Role
- Provide mechanical repair, service and maintenance on various industrial vacuum systems such as pumps, blowers, compressors, other similar industrial vacuum solutions.
- The Service Engineer will undertake planned and preventative maintenance at customer sites across The North and Northeast of the UK. Full product training provided.
- Installing industrial vacuum systems and pipework into all forms of the manufacturing industry.
- Perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on various vacuum pump and related equipment.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Vacuum Engineer Requirements
- Mechanical Service background in mechanical engineering products such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, valves, pipework, filtration, plant machinery and or similar mechanical engineering equipment.
- Candidates with experience working on vacuum / vacuum pumps are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician, Hydraulic Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Mechanical Fitter, Workshop Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Installation Engineer, Pump Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or similar.
- The ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
- A technical engineering degree / qualification or apprentice trained, would be advantageous.
- Willingness to cover the North and Northeast of the UK
