We have an established Air Hygiene / Fire Damper company with a strong presence in the Yorkshire / Midlands region who are now seeking to take on a business minded and dedicated Ventilation Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have experience working within an established Air Hygiene /Fire Damper company, selling fire damper / TR19 services to Educational, Retail, High Security, Healthcare, and Government clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with existing clients. Our client can offer a generous basic salary, excellent holiday allowance, opportunities for development, and company car / car allowance.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Working for a specialist Air Hygiene / Fire Damper company working as a Sales Manager is essential to the role.
" Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize workload in line with company and client needs.
" Good IT skills.
" Will have good people management skills.
" Able to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients.
" Knowledge of BS9999 / TR19 guidelines.
The Role:
" Efficiently managing and growing Educational, Healthcare, Retail, Facilities Management, and High Security client accounts.
" Sourcing and developing new accounts, building excellent and professional rapport with clients.
" Producing competitive and accurate quotes and tenders.
" Upselling Ventilation, Fire Damper testing, kitchen extract cleaning and remedial services to clients.
" Ensuring to meet KPIs and targets.
" Sourcing business leads and opportunities.
" Acting as first point of contact for clients, dealing with any issues and queries in a timely manner.
" Carrying out site visits, ensuring work is done in line with BS9999 / TR19 guidelines.
" Working closely with site staff, providing training and assistance where required.
