Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000
Location: Leeds
We're looking for an Architectural Technologist to join the design team of one of the UKs market leading residential care home developers.
The successful candidate will be assisting in the design and development of projects from feasibility stage through to completion. This will include a variety of responsibilities including preparing technical and detailed drawings, attending site meetings and undertaking full building regulation submissions.
To be considered, we're ideally looking for an Architectural Technician with a proven track record in a similar position, however junior candidates (and even graduates) may also be considered (with salary flexible to suit).
