Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Air Conditioning (AC) bias to join our team, supporting high-profile retail and bank clients. The role involves the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of AC/HVAC systems, as well as performing general maintenance tasks to support the team. This is a mobile, field-based position covering Leeds and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on HVAC/AC systems.
* Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs on air conditioning and electrical systems.
* Conduct general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing and toilet in-blockages.
* Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota (additional remuneration).
* Ensure all work-related documentation is completed accurately and on time.
* Support contract mobilisation and change management.
* Proactively maintain equipment and resolve issues efficiently.
* Work in compliance with statutory and health & safety regulations.
* Deliver excellent customer service, keeping clients informed on the progress of work.

What We Are Looking For:
* Experience in maintaining, testing, and fault-finding on HVAC and AC systems is essential.
* Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds 7189/6090, F-Gas Category 1).
* At least 5 years' experience in a service (not installation) role, with expertise in commercial AC systems.
* Knowledge of electrical systems (C&G 236, BS7671, C&G 2391 Electrical Testing preferred).
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to maintenance.
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence (required).
* Ability to work at height and lift up to 20kg.
