Personal Assistant

Salary: Up to 32,000, depending on experience
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Are you an experienced personal assistant looking to be a part of a supportive and hard-working team? Are you a self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail? Our client is looking for a friendly and personable individual who has excellent organisational and time management skills to join their team as a personal assistant to a managing director.

The Key Duties of the Personal Assistant
* Managing diaries and organising meetings
* Providing general administrative support to the team
* Maintaining an in depth understanding of the business in order to establish priorities and manage team expectations
* Reading, monitoring and responding to director's emails, as requested
* Answering calls and handling queries
* Planning, organising and managing events for the director

The key Requirements of the Personal Assistant
* At least one year's experience working as a personal assistant
* MS office and English proficiency
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
