Overview:

A brand new opportunity for a Shopify Account Manager to join an incredible Digital Agency, that specialises in building e-commerce websites with Shopify and working with household-based e-commerce clients globally.

The position will be hybrid, working remotely. The brand is looking for somebody who thrives working with their clients on an ongoing basis to help them achieve their e-commerce goals.

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role, in managing clients. The role demands a strategic mindset and strong project management skills. We are looking for:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong and meaningful relationships with a diverse range of D2C clients in skincare, fashion, and lifestyle.
  • Enhance client value by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and e-commerce consultancy to clients.
  • Collaborate with agency colleagues in Design, Development, and QA to create outstanding work.
  • Report successes to clients and demonstrating ROI.

Requirements

  • · 1+ years of client-facing experience at a digital/creative agency.
  • · E-Commerce agency experience.
  • · Experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
  • · Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
  • · Fluency in English;
  • · UK based (non-essential).

Salary : £28,000-£35,000.00 per annum

Location: Remote (we will consider candidates based in the UK and Europe)
