As they continue to expand, they seek to recruit an experienced, driven, and client focussed Account Manager as an addition to the team.
The Role:
As an Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing and growing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales opportunities. Working cross-functionally, you will be a vital link between clients and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with clients, strengthen partnerships, and address any concerns to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations specially tailored to client needs.
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring both client and internal teams adhere to critical deadlines.
- Monitor your own clients budgets and manage stock levels.
- Negotiate and draft contracts for new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
The Person:
Our ideal candidate is a proactive and driven professional with strong project management skills and a talent for nurturing client relationships. Excellent communication, a strategic mindset, and an understanding of a manufacturing setting would be advantageous.
