Responsibilities:
As a Membership Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for our members. Your key responsibilities will include:
Engaging with potential members to showcase our offerings and benefits
Providing top-notch support and guidance to current members, ensuring their satisfaction
Maintaining accurate membership records and data
Assisting in the organisation of events and activities that foster community engagement
Collaborating with the team to develop new initiatives and improve existing services
Promoting membership drives and contributing to our overall growth strategy
The ideal candidate will be:
Enthusiastic and outgoing, with a knack for building strong relationships
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
A natural communicator, both in person and via digital platforms
Driven and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
Essential
- Proven experience of selling products and services to individuals / SMEs through telephone sales
- Inbound AND Outbound telesales experience
- Experience of cold calling as well as following up on warm leads
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience of CRM systems
