NJR are delighted to be exclusively working with a leading Independent Wealth Management Advisory Firm based in Leeds. Our Client is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their ambitious, expanding and technically astute team.

As a Senior IFA Administrator you will be supporting various experienced Advisers who offer High Net Worth Clients complex advice on Pensions and Investments. In addition to providing day to day support, the successful candidate will be involved with basic paraplanning and being a point of contact for clients.

  • Responsibilities will include:
  • Process new business
  • Liaise with clients, providers and other 3rd parties
  • Deal with LOAs
  • Obtain valuations and illustrations
  • Carry out technical research as part of the existing arrangement review process.
  • Prepare basic suitability reports
  • Ensure all relevant compliance paperwork has been carried out.

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience working within financial services with a strong knowledge of Investment and Pension products. Ideally, you will have started the R0 qualifications, but the full diploma is not needed at this point.

Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who can deliver a first class service to clients as well as having the ability to build strong relationships and displaying professionalism at all times.
