The Role:
We are seeking aMobile Electrical Engineerto undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including electrical installation work, across various sites withinYorkshire. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with schedules.
- Performing reactive repairs and ensuring all work is accurately recorded on the CAFM system.
- Assisting with general building maintenance activities as needed.
- Participating in a call-out rota (1 week in every 6) after the initial training period.
- Ensuring all reports and documentation are completed to the required standard.
- maintaining mechanical systems.
What We Are Looking For:
Essential:
- City & Guilds 18th Edition.
- Electrical Inspection & Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2391 preferred).
- Experience working with:
- Industrial switchgear
- Generator changeovers
- Distribution boards for essential and non-essential supplies.
Desirable:
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- HV AP qualification (training will be provided if needed).
- Additional experience in any of the following:
- DC Systems
- Air-conditioning/chiller plant
- Alarm testing
- ACBs
- UPS systems
- Standby Generators
