Mobile Electrical Engineer Facilities Management North East(Leeds region/furthest Newcastle)
Due to recent growth, my client is currently seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover the maintenance operations across a commercial portfolio across the North East of England, in the Leeds region.
This role would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and have a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required, a conscientious and reliable engineer, competent working alone and someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Mobile Electrical Engineer Job Specification:
- To perform Daily, weekly and monthly PPM's
- Responsible for reactive maintenance and remedial works
- Responding to breakdowns and emergency call outs
- Collaborating with a multi-trade team
- Lighting, servicing, fault finding, testing and inspections etc.
Mobile Electrical Engineer Salary & Package:
- £40,000.00 Per Annum
- Monday-Friday / 08:00-17:00
- Company Van & Fuel Allowance
- 23 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
- 3% Company Penson Contribution
- Overtime Available
- Training and Progression Provided
- Company Phone, Uniform etc. Provided
The Person:
- Level 2 and/ or 3 in Electrical Installations (or Equivalent)
- IET 18th Edition (Wiring Regulations)
- 2391 Inspection and Testing (or Equivalent)
- Basic electrical maintenance knowledge and experience.
- Flexibility to support the building service team.
- Good customer care skills.
- Demonstrable knowledge of statutory requirements.
