Justteachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join one of our partnered schools in LS10. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher to inspire and support young learners in a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.
Job Responsibilities:Delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Planning and differentiating lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
Creating an inclusive classroom that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure positive outcomes.
Managing classroom behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and other educators to provide tailored support.
Engaging with parents and carers to support student development.
Contributing to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and staff meetings.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in a primary school setting (KS1 or KS2).
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent classroom management skills and a passion for student progress and development.
Ability to differentiate lessons for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A commitment to inclusive education and supporting children from diverse backgrounds.
