About You:
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, email automation, and user journey mapping.
- Comfortable working with marketing automation platforms (preferably Pardot and Intercom) and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to optimising performance.
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing email nurture campaigns focused on engaging prospects and driving conversions.
- Creating segmented workflows for different sectors, leveraging data to personalise communication.
- Managing customer onboarding sequences to drive adoption and loyalty.
- Building automated renewal and upsell campaigns to drive loyalty and revenue.
- Mapping and optimising customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, including web, email, and chatbot interactions.
- Working closely with the Content Manager to distribute content through multiple channels.
- Reporting on performance metrics and continuously optimising campaigns for better engagement and ROI.
Where You'll Be Based:
A hybrid working arrangement will see you based on Leeds city centre outskirts 3 days a week from Tuesday to Thursday and remote based Monday and Friday.

- Basic salary of £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
