We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a well-established nursery in Horsforth (LS18) on a 1-year maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic chance to take on a leadership role and support the nursery's continued success.

• Assist the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and education for children.
• Lead and support staff, managing team performance and development.
• Handle administrative tasks, including compliance with Ofsted standards.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies.

• A Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years (essential).
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• A proactive and supportive approach to team management.
