We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join a unique Forest School nursery in Horsforth (LS18). This full-time role is perfect for someone who loves working in nature-rich environments, inspiring young children to explore, learn, and grow.

• Support the Room Leader in overseeing daily activities and staff.
• Plan and deliver exciting, nature-based learning experiences for children.
• Ensure high-quality care and a safe, nurturing environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Help manage staff ratios, room organization, and resources.

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• At least 2 years of Early Years experience.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Passion for outdoor learning and child development.
• A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
