flk recruitment are working closely with a Professional Services organisation who are looking for a HR Analyst to join their HR team on a part time basis. The organisation aredeveloping a long-term HR data and governance strategy which will improve the quality and security of people-related data available to stakeholders across their business, ultimately enabling better decision making and business outcomes.

This role will play a key role in identifying, collecting and migrating people data from a range of systems and sources, using the appropriate techniques and technologies to deliver data and reports from which colleagues in the people team as well as wider business can derive insight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Document and manage the data input/capture requirements for processes and systems, working with the PeopleServices team to ensure documentation and knowledge is effectively captured
  • Build relationships across the wider business to understand their requirements, designing & delivering the relevant reports
  • Identify, collate, analyse and evaluate data and present information and findings using the appropriate techniques and technologies, in order to assist leaders in business planning and development of appropriate solutions and projects
  • Support, from a data and technology perspective, the successful delivery of all HR cyclical activities, such as the annual review process, role evaluation, gender pay gap reporting, promotions, talent and succession, recruitment etc.
  • Assist with interpretation of people data
  • Keep up to date with changes in legislation and the market place, which may impact systems, data and technology

As the ideal candidate you will need to possess strong numerical and analytical skills and a high level of IT literacy including advanced Microsoft Excel skills. You will be experienced in creating reports and have a real passion for the interpretation and analysis of People/ HR data. With the part time nature of this role, the client is looking for candidates to commit to 3 - 4 days a week.
