- Deliver training on HR practices and maintain accurate documentation.

- CIPD or similar HR qualification.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions processes.
- Strong change management and organisational development skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation in the UK and Ireland.
