Our client are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team in a tech-enabled business critical services group. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the HR agenda across Professional Services, including Audit, Tax, and Accounting.Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Business Unit Heads to align HR strategies with operational and financial goals.
  • Provide proactive HR support and guidance to managers and teams.
  • Manage change initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Foster team connectivity and engagement within the organization.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance HR programs and policies.
  • Handle employee relations cases, including performance and grievance management.
  • Deliver training on HR practices and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Analyse people data to identify trends and develop targeted solutions.
Experience and Skills Required:
  • CIPD or similar HR qualification.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions processes.
  • Strong change management and organisational development skills.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation in the UK and Ireland.
  • Experience managing employee relations cases.
