Oakleaf Partnership North are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our growing Global Accountancy Services clients team on a permanent basis based out of its central Leeds offices, supporting its colleagues within this location as part of the wider HR Business Partnering team. This is a fast paced commercial business who is experiencing rapid growth through acquisition so some travel to the organisations offices in Scotland will be required. Duties will include but not limited too
- Collaborate with Business Unit Heads to meet operational and financial goals through effective people management.
- Offer proactive HR support and advice to managers and stakeholders on complex ER matters
- Lead change management initiatives, including business transitions and integrations.
- Develop strategies to strengthen individual and team performance within the organisation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve and implement effective HR programs and processes across the company.
- Conduct due diligence on Merger & Acquisition activity
- Oversee probation reviews, performance management, and disciplinary issues.
- Maintain accurate employee data and records, analyse HR data trends and create solutions based on insights.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate previous experience of working at HR Business Partner or similar level within a professional/financial services organisation however candidates coming from a fast paced commercially focused organisation will also be considered. You will also need to demonstrate previous experience with handing M&A activity, comfortable with working within a changing environment and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all business areas.
