About the company;My client is a large service organisation that is committed to environmental sustainability whilst creating a better future for our communities across the region, This is a values led organisation with a focus on innovation & operational excellence that is going through an exciting period of transformation & modernisation and are therefore looking to appoint a strategic HRBP on a permanent basis. The Role;Reporting in to a senior lead HRBP and alongside a supportive wider HR team, this opportunity will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the People Strategy. You'll drive leadership development, enhance employee engagement, and support meaningful organisational change. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders and guiding decision-making whilst empowering current and future leaders. You'll help create a culture that fosters people development and long-term success whilst leading and delivering on large change initiatives at pace. This role will also collaborate with trade unions and support on complex employee relations cases when needed. The ideal candidate;
  • Extensive HR experience in unionised environments with CIPD Level 7.
  • Expertise in organisational change and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HAY job evaluation.
  • Skilled at building collaborative relationships and leading inclusive teams.
  • Adaptable to fast paced, changing environments and adept at managing complex business cases.
  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder relationship skills in a collaborative manner.
  • Experience of working for a large matrix environment and able to navigate ambiguous requirements
