MGER are proud to be working with a FinTech business based in Leeds who are now looking for an HR Project Business Partner to join the team. You will be working with the People Director to lead the project management and successful delivery of initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals. You will partner with leaders across the business to develop and implement the project plans, ensuring timelines are adhered to whilst ensuring all initiatives are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Lead and manage projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
  • Develop project plans, define objectives, deliverables and identify resource needs.
  • Track progress, monitor milestones and manage risks, including the delivery of contingency plans.
  • Prepare and present regular reports status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Design and deliver innovative projects such as employee engagement programmes, talent development, performance management and change management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and systems so they are efficient, user friendly and aligned with best practice.

Key Skills and Experience;

  • A degree in HR Management/Business Management or related subject.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering complex projects on time and on budget using agile methodologies.
  • First class planning and organizational skills to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels within the business.
  • Experience in startup and post M&A integration is highly desirable.
  • Proactive and results orientated with a focus on delivering high quality outcomes.
