Role purposeSupport delivery into the business of the annual Pay and Bonus Review processes.Provide analysis and modelling for salary and bonus outcomes, presenting findings and themes in a user-friendly formaAssist with preparing budget reports for annual review cycles.Support the preparation of any reward board papers as and when required.Be a subject-matter expert on the firm's employee benefits for the UK and across the internationalTake a lead on ad hoc projects, such as implementing new benefits and supporting HRBP's and the business with compensation project workDevelop the benefits and wellbeing communications strategy in conjunction with the rest of the Reward teamWork with the wider HR team to add value to other HR processes and projects.Assisted with the benefits' renewal process, working with our external benefit brokers to ensure our offering remains competitive and provides value to the business.Manage compensation and benefits queries, escalating when appropriate.Update compensation and benefit policies ensuring good governance and compliance.Skills and experience we are looking for:Experience/knowledge of job matching methodologyA reward and/or benefits background, preferably in a professional service environmentKnowledge of HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors) and reporting preferableOrganised approach to work with the ability to prioritise workload, along with the ability to lead project workAbility to work well as part of a team, linking in with other team members where appropriateKey CompetenciesThe ability to analyse and model large datasets in Excel and present findings to senior leaders in an easy digestible format.
