About the opportunity;We are delighted to be working with a growing business in Leeds as they continue on their journey of change and transformation.  This is a Strategic People Partner role, supporting business leaders on transformational change and delivering the people strategy.Key elements of the role include;
  • Partner with senior business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on all people related matters.
  • Develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Support initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Utilise HR data and metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.
  • Support transformational change activities and ensure smooth transitions during organisational changes.
Working with the wider people team, this is a highly collaborative environment with a fantastic team.Based in Leeds with hybrid working.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate;
  • Proven experience as a People Partner within a large and complex commercial business.
  • Highly experienced in leading change and transformation, expert in employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Experience with data and insights to drive commercial decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
