Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Locum Occupational Therapist to join an acute hospital team in Leeds. This role involves working with adult inpatients to support rehabilitation, discharge planning, and functional assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat adult patients within an acute hospital setting.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate safe and timely discharges.
  • Provide expert advice and interventions to support patients’ recovery.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development.
Requirements:
  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
