Buying Administrator
Offering £25,000 - £30,000 plus Benefits.
Our client is a solutions provider to the retail industry, known for offering, excellent customer experience and value for money. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting a Buying Administrator to accurately manage our client’s product life cycles.
Buying Administrator - Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Listing new product information on ERP system and customer portals, ensuring accurate product setup and detailed product files maintained.
- Updating system of changes in product and pricing information.
- Producing weekly product reports on Excel using VLookups and Pivot Tables.
- Upload stock information for customers onto their internet system.
- Raise new PO’s on the system to send to suppliers and raise balance PO’s when orders have not been shipped in full from their suppliers.
- Check all PO’s have shipped on time.
- Communicate with wider business to ensure accurate product information is available to business and clients.
Buying Administrator - Candidate
- Good Microsoft Office experience, confident using Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Administration skills with an ability to coordinate and problem solve.
- Intermediate Excel skills with an ability to create VLookups and Pivot Tables.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
The Buying Administrator position is offering £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary plus benefits. This is a full-time, permanent, office based position at our client’s Leeds office.
