Membership Retention Administrator
Location: Leeds City Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: 17.79 per hour
Contract Length: 3 months
We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our client Membership Retention Department on a temporary 3-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working within a well-established team and make an impact in member retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting existing members to ensure they continue their membership
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or queries
- Maintaining accurate records of member interactions
- Supporting the overall objectives of the Membership Retention team
This position offers a competitive pay rate of 17.79 per hour and requires someone who can start as soon as possible. The role will be based in Leeds City Centre and is ideal for someone who is available for a full-time, temporary assignment.
