Your new companyA large PLC Recruitment Company based in Leeds City Centre have a permanent vacancy for an Administrator.Your new roleWe have an opportunity available for an Office Administrator based in Leeds, supporting the West and North Yorkshire offices. This is a rewarding and varied support role, where your work contributes to our success in placing candidates in new roles. Working as part of a team, you will support circa 60 consultants to deliver an excellent service to customers - both candidates and clients. Data management, data analysis, reporting, presentations, and CV preparation are key duties as well as customer-facing work, such as fielding telephone calls, covering and preparing reception for guests, and office events coordination and management. All elements of office management are also part of the role, including liaison with landlords and internal property, and telephony teams. You will also procure office equipment and ad hoc services for the West/North Yorkshire offices, as required.Enhancing sales culture through developing office wide communications, presentations, collating employee feedback and being a pivotal part of organising social events, are some additional responsibilities that form part of this exciting role.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will have exceptional administrative and customer service experience and will enjoy working as part of a team in a vibrant sales culture. Microsoft Office skills are essential.The successful candidate will be provided with full training, the opportunity to develop new skills and options for career development within other Hays.
