We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an established organisation based in South Leeds.

Salary: £26,000pa

Location: South Leeds

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

The Role will be varied but duties include:

  • Contacting training providers by telephone and corresponding by e-mail and post to assist with the booking of courses.
  • Requesting training information from internal colleagues.
  • Ensuring all staff have the correct and up to date training records.
  • Processing documents and letters.
  • Typing training course instructions and booking information.
  • Photocopying and filing.
  • Inputting and managing data on a central database.
  • Assist with the co-ordination of training events by booking venues, booking refreshments, issuing delegate lists and obtaining attendance records.
  • Conducting inductions with new starters.
  • Supporting the Regional Training Manager, as required.

The Candidate:

  • An experienced Administrator
  • An all rounder who is happy to help with additional duties as and when required.
  • A strong multitasker.
  • A friendly and approachable persona.
  • An organised individual who can work on their own or as part of a team.
