We are looking for an enthusiastic and trustworthy individual to join our company as an office administrator. Please note for part-time applicants, we require a minimum of:- Four days- Working patterns of either 08:30-16:15 or 09:30-17:15TPP are a clinical software company based in Horsforth. With over 6,000 organisations using our solutions to care for over 50 million patients, our software is used across all health and social care settings, including GPs, emergency departments, hospitals and mental health services. This means that wherever and whenever a patient needs care, a detailed and up-to-date record is available. No other company has a digital healthcare solution on this scale.

Main responsibilities:

• Assisting with administrative tasks• Booking travel / accommodation• Answering the phone• Arranging meetings• Dealing with the post, scanning and filing• Keeping office well stocked• Running ad-hoc errands and collecting lunches during busy periods• Support with organising company events• Maintaining and updating filing systems• Liaising with local suppliers

Qualifications, experience and skills:

• Hard working and eager to learn• At least a Grade C in GCSE Maths and English• Good communication skills, polite and professional manner • Well organised• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team• Driving license desirable but not essential
