We are working with a fantastic company in the North of Leeds who are seeking to appoint a Senior Office Administrator on a temp to perm basis. Joining a small yet busy office setting, this office administration role will begin with urgency to support this busy team. In this fully office based role, the successful candidate will be working 8-4 Monday to Friday and key duties will involve;
- Being the first point of contact for all internal and external queries
- Managing client and customer queries
- Scheduling work with engineers and sub-contractors
- Typing and filing of reports
- Ad hoc administration tasks
This is a varied role and being part of a small team, gives you scope for development and growth. They are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude, who can show initiative and team focus. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is available immediately and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a friendly and supportive team setting, the successful candidate will have;
- Minimum of 4 years administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in all MS Office packages
