Office Coordinator

Are you a recent graduate or have experience in administration and ready to start a career in a dynamic and growing company?

We are seeking motivated Office Coordinators to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with previous administrative experience looking to develop their skills and advance in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments
  • Meet and greet all customers coming into the office
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and directing to the right person
  • Make sure business areas are neat and tidy
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
  • Organize and maintain company records and databases
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Handle office supplies and inventory management
  • Support team projects and ensure smooth daily operations

Experience, Skills set and/or qualifications required:

  • Administrative experience is ideal but not essential
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
