We are looking for someone to cover our Office Manager role from January 2025 for 9 months with the potential of extension.

Our lovely Office Manager is going on Maternity leave for 9 months and we are looking for someone to cover her role while she is off.

It is a full time, front of house role based in our HQ at Riverside West in Leeds.

You would be responsible for all aspects of our office running smoothly from organising facility requirements throguh to supporting our team with admin and organising events and meetings etc.

You will welcome our clients, suppliers and visitors and support them during their visit. You will work closely with our Directors supporting them on helping them function and run more efficiently.

You will help with new starters, accounts and work across the office in a variety of ways. Our Office Manager is an integral person and role in enabling us as a business and as a team to function efficiently and effectively.
