Main Duties:
- Ensure the day to day operations run smoothly
- Managing employee schedules and potential conflicts
- Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed
- Helping establish and maintain office procedures
- Support Partners when needed
- Dealing with staff & recruitment
Skills Required:
- Experience in managing an office including people management within a Legal Firm
- Outstanding organisation skills
- Experience of working in a professional services firm
- Proven experience in running an office to a high standard.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Identify and proactively resolve possible issues.
- The ability to operate flexibly and as part of a team.
- Display a professional approach at all times.
