Our client a non for profit organisation in the city centre is looking for an experienced Office Manager for a minimum of 3 months on a part time basis

21 hours a week, 3 full days of shorter days over 5

You will need to have

Management experience of an admin team

Reception service experience and Administration

Office management

Experience in databases and reporting

Health and Safety

Facilities management

Office stationary

You will need to have a can do approach, solutions focused, work on own initiative and with peers and other managers.
